En esta ocasi\u00f3n, haremos un repaso a los <strong>remedios naturales para controlar s\u00edntomas de la menopausia como: ansiedad, irritabilidad, insomnio y depresi\u00f3n leve o moderada<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de falta de estudios bien dise\u00f1ados que permitan contrastar la eficacia real de estas alternativas terap\u00e9uticas, la <strong>fitoterapia<\/strong> se presenta como una alternativa valida para el <strong>control de la sintomatolog\u00eda climat\u00e9rica<\/strong> en mujeres que no pueden o simplemente rechazan tratarse con terapias convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya dijimos en el post anterior, disponemos de vasto abanico de productos naturales que pueden ayudarnos en el <strong>control de los s\u00edntomas leves de la menopausia<\/strong>. Presenta una acci\u00f3n <strong>ansiol\u00edtica<\/strong>, <strong>hipn\u00f3tica suave<\/strong>, <strong>miorrelajante<\/strong> y <strong>espasmol\u00edtica<\/strong>. Es utilizada tradicionalmente como <strong>sedante natural<\/strong>, tiene <strong>efectos beneficiosos sobre los patrones del sue\u00f1o <\/strong>(incrementando la duraci\u00f3n y la calidad). Con frecuencia se asocia a otras drogas sedantes (valeriana, hip\u00e9rico, pasionaria, melisa) para el <strong>tratamiento de neuralgias<\/strong>, <strong>neurastenia<\/strong>, <strong>depresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>insomnio<\/strong> y <strong>cefaleas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33\" src=\"http:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/womens-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/lupulo-ansiedad.png\" alt=\"lupulo-ansiedad\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/womens-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/lupulo-ansiedad.png 200w, https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/womens-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/lupulo-ansiedad-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>L\u00fapulo<\/em><\/h5>\n<p>El <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Humulus_lupulus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u00fapulo<\/a><\/strong> es <strong>sedante e hipn\u00f3tico<\/strong> debido a sus \u00e1cidos amargos, a la lupulona y a la humulona. El uso de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.botanical-online.com\/medicinalslupullino.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lupulino<\/a><\/strong> es mucho m\u00e1s efectivo que el <strong>l\u00fapulo <\/strong>por su mayor concentraci\u00f3n de principios activos. Florece desde el mes de mayo en adelante y, seg\u00fan la tradici\u00f3n, el d\u00eda 24 de junio, fiesta de San Juan, es el mejor d\u00eda para recolectar la planta.<\/p>\n<p>Conocida ya por <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hip%C3%B3crates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hip\u00f3crates<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diosc%C3%B3rides\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Diosc\u00f3rides<\/a>, fue utilizada en la Edad media por sus propiedades medicinales.
