La sobrec\u00e0rrega repetitiva sobre el tend\u00f3 provoca, en les primeres fases, una <strong>tendinitis aguda<\/strong>. La<strong> tendinitis aguda<\/strong> \u00e9s el dolor provocat per haver realitzat un exercici excessiu per al qual no estem entrenats. En aquest fase, la <strong>tendinitis<\/strong> sol ser totalment reversible. Sol respondre b\u00e9 al rep\u00f2s esportiu, fred local i la presa d&#8217;antiinflamatoris orals.<\/p>\n<p>El problema ve quan aquesta lesi\u00f3 es cronifica. En aquesta fase no es produeix una inflamaci\u00f3 aguda, es van produint petits <strong>estrips al tend\u00f3<\/strong>. Davant d&#8217;aquests estrips, l&#8217;organisme intenta reparar-los. La majoria de les vegades ho fa amb un teixit cicatricial an\u00f2mal que altera l&#8217;estructura correcta del tend\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 provoca un cercle vici\u00f3s, on se segueix perpetuant en dolor, m\u00e9s reparaci\u00f3 an\u00f2mala i tornem a comen\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, en aquesta fase, el pacient no sol respondre al tractament previ. Ja no hi ha un proc\u00e9s inflamatori i, en aquest cas, el rep\u00f2s nom\u00e9s empitjora la situaci\u00f3. I \u00e9s que afegim un component d&#8217;atr\u00f2fia muscular per l&#8217;aturada esportiu mentre la <strong>lesi\u00f3 del tend\u00f3<\/strong> persisteix. Pel que, en reprendre l&#8217;activitat despr\u00e9s de 2-3 setmanes d&#8217;inactivitat, hi ha m\u00e9s atr\u00f2fia muscular i la mateixa (o m\u00e9s) <strong>lesi\u00f3 an\u00f2mala reparativa al tend\u00f3<\/strong>. A mesura que els estrips es multipliquen, causen dolor\u00a0per\u00a0la inflamaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica i per l&#8217;afebliment del tend\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La zona que m\u00e9s sol afectar-se a la <strong>tendinitis rotuliana<\/strong> \u00e9s l&#8217;anomenat pol inferior de la r\u00f2tula. \u00c9s a dir, la zona on el <strong>tend\u00f3 rotuli\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0s'&#8221;enganxa&#8221; a la r\u00f2tula. De fet, afecta m\u00e9s a aquesta zona que al mateix <strong>tend\u00f3 rotuli\u00e0<\/strong>. Els augments sobtats en la intensitat o la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia amb qu\u00e8 realitzes l&#8217;activitat, tamb\u00e9 augmenten la tensi\u00f3 al tend\u00f3. Canviar les sabatilles per c\u00f3rrer tamb\u00e9 pot influir. Una mala planificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entrenament o sobreentrenament poden contribuir a aquesta. De fet, aquest factor sol ser la <strong>causa m\u00e9s comuna de tendinitis rotuliana<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>M\u00fasculs febles a les cames<\/strong><\/span>: La debilitat del m\u00fascul de la cuixa (qu\u00e0driceps en concret) pot <strong>augmentar la tensi\u00f3 al tend\u00f3 rotuli\u00e0<\/strong>, el que provoca que el tend\u00f3 vagi treballant &#8220;sobrecarregat&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Disbalance muscular<\/strong><\/span>: El desequilibri entre m\u00fasculs agonistes i antagonistes (qu\u00e0driceps i isquiotibials) pot provocar que, si alguns m\u00fasculs de les cames s\u00f3n molt m\u00e9s forts que altres, els m\u00fasculs m\u00e9s forts tirin amb m\u00e9s intensitat del <strong>tend\u00f3 rotuli\u00e0<\/strong>. Aquest desequilibri pot ser una de les <strong>causes de tendinitis rotuliana<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Malalties cr\u00f2niques<\/strong><\/span>: Algunes malalties interrompen el flux sanguini al genoll, el que debilita el tend\u00f3. Consisteixen en baixar la cama molt lentament despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver est\u00e8s genoll.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Millora la teva t\u00e8cnica<\/strong><\/span>: Per tal d&#8217;assegurar-te que utilitzes el cos de forma correcta, considera prendre classes o obtenir instruccions professionals.
