D&#8217;aquesta manera, es &#8220;processen&#8221; totes aquestes ordres i es pot saber en quina posici\u00f3 exacta es troba el nostre cos en cada moment i si cal reaccionar de manera immediata activant altres grups musculars per evitar lesions, una caiguda,&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>SOBRE QUINES FUNCIONS ACTUA LA PROPIOCEPCI\u00d3?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first\"><span class=\"notranslate\">Regular l&#8217;equilibri<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\">Coordinar els moviments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\">Mantenir el nivell d&#8217;alerta del cervell<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>DE QU\u00c8 ES COMPON EL SISTEMA DE PROPIOCEPCI\u00d3?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first\"><span class=\"notranslate\"><u><strong>Receptors nerviosos:<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0Es troben en els nostres m\u00fasculs, articulacions, lligaments, tendons i ossos.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Aquests receptors propioceptius s\u00f3n el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fus_muscular\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fus muscular<\/a>, els\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%93rgano_tendinoso_de_Golgi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00f2rgans tendiosos de Golgi<\/a>, els receptors de la pell i els receptors cinest\u00e8sics articulars.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Seria una cosa semblant als acceler\u00f2metres dels tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"><u><strong>Nervis aferents:<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0S\u00f3n els encarregats de transmetre tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 recollida per aquests sensors i enviar-la al sistema nervi\u00f3s central (SNC &#8211; cervell)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"last\"><span class=\"notranslate\"><u><strong>SNC:<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0Al sistema nervi\u00f3s central es processa tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 rebuda, com el &#8220;ordinador central&#8221;.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Des d&#8217;all\u00e0 s&#8217;enviarien les ordres necess\u00e0ries a les mateixes o altres articulacions i \/ o m\u00fasculs, per produir la reacci\u00f3 desitjada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>PER A QU\u00c8 SERVEIX EL SISTEMA D&#8217;PROPIOCEPCI\u00d3?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">El sistema de\u00a0<strong>propiocepci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0ens protegeix davant les lesions i<\/span><span class=\"notranslate\">\/ o ens permet reaccionar de manera r\u00e0pida per prevenir lesions.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Per exemple: imaginem que estem esquiant (o jugant a futbol &#8230;) i en una de les rotacions, el genoll dret &#8220;gira&#8221; una mica m\u00e9s del normal.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"notranslate\">A cada gir, els\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/traumatologia-deportiva\/ca\/2018\/09\/10\/lesio-parcial-del-lligament-creuat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lligaments i receptors de l&#8217;articulaci\u00f3 del genoll<\/a>\u00a0estan enviant informaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estirament dels lligaments, posici\u00f3 dels mateixos,&#8230; al cervell.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">El SNC reacciona a aquesta informaci\u00f3 ordenant la contracci\u00f3 i relaxant el qu\u00e0driceps per permetre aquest moviment.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">En aquest moment, el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/traumatologia-deportiva\/ca\/2018\/09\/10\/lesio-parcial-del-lligament-creuat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>lligament creuat anterior<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0envia l&#8217;ordre que s&#8217;est\u00e0 estirant m\u00e9s del compte i hi ha perill de trencar-se.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">El cervell envia l&#8217;ordre reflecteix immediata de reaccionar, sigui contraient m\u00e9s fort al qu\u00e0driceps o fent que ens tirem a terra &#8230;
