Esto no deja de ser un reflejo de la sociedad, del cambio de nuestra mentalidad y de c\u00f3mo van ganando terreno los conceptos de \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>cuidado personal<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u201d y \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>cuidado del entorno<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4 align=\"JUSTIFY\"><i>Cuida tu cuerpo. Es el \u00fanico lugar donde puedes vivir.<\/i> \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jim_Rohn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jim Rohn<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Somos cada vez m\u00e1s conscientes de que debemos cultivarnos tanto mental como f\u00edsicamente y por eso crece nuestro inter\u00e9s por mantenernos sanos, fuertes y, porqu\u00e9 no decirlo, j\u00f3venes el mayor tiempo posible. Siempre que esto no se convierta en una preocupaci\u00f3n seria u obsesi\u00f3n estaremos en el buen camino, porque <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>cuidarse es importante<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Es cierto que existen infinitas maneras de conseguirlo y que cada vez se nos proponen formas nuevas de hacerlo. Encontrar la que nos vaya mejor es algo personal pero a mi parecer, cuanto menos nos compliquemos, mejor. Para poder abarcar cada uno de los aspectos importantes que influyen en una <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>buena salud<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, deber\u00edamos dedicar un poco de nuestro esfuerzo a cada uno de ellos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Evitar el sedentarismo<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> realizando actividades f\u00edsicas y ejercicio, evitar pasar demasiadas horas inactivo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Comer equilibradamente<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> y permitirnos alg\u00fan peque\u00f1o capricho de vez en cuando.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">C<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>ultivar nuestra mente<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> con un buen libro, m\u00fasica, mantener una conversaci\u00f3n interesante, contactar con amigos, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Aprender a relajarnos y desconectar<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Trabajando estos cuatro aspectos abarcamos los puntos b\u00e1sicos para alcanzar el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>equilibrio cuerpo-mente<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> y mantener as\u00ed un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>estado de salud \u00f3ptimo<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.
