m\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>no considero que hagi de ser la primera opci\u00f3 com a m\u00e8tode per aprimar<\/strong>\u00a0sense haver considerat primer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/nutricion\/ca\/alimentacio-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">organitzar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 cap a una m\u00e9s
