els espinacs eren una bona font de ferro;<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">ara tamb\u00e9 per\u00f2 amb matisos: el ferro d&#8217;origen vegetal no es pot absorbir tret que estigui en un medi \u00e0cid (afegint llimona o vinagre, menjant taronja de postres, &#8230;).<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">I aix\u00ed podria continuar fins a fer avorrir &#8230; Cont\u00ednuament es van realitzant estudis cient\u00edfics, cada vegada m\u00e9s espec\u00edfics, on s&#8217;analitza el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/nutricion\/etiquetado-nutricional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>contingut nutricional de l&#8217;aliment<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0i el seu efecte sobre la salut humana.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Una cosa similar est\u00e0 passant amb\u00a0l&#8217;<strong>alcohol.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">El\u00a0<strong>consum moderat d&#8217;alcohol,<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s saludable o class=\"notranslate\">Durant molt de temps -de fet, des del meu punt de vista, encara estem en \u00e8poca de transici\u00f3- s&#8217;han destacat els\u00a0<strong>beneficis del consum moderat d&#8217;alcohol per a la salut,<\/strong>\u00a0especialment per a la salut\u00a0<strong>cardiovascular.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Per\u00f2, realment beure alcohol \u00e9s saludable?<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Tothom sap que \u00e9s una\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/ca\/especialitats\/73\/adicciones\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">subst\u00e0ncia addictiva<\/a>\u00a0i que consumir en exc\u00e9s comporta alteracions del nostre organisme,<\/strong>\u00a0moltes d&#8217;elles greus, com la\u00a0<strong>cirrosi hep\u00e0tica,<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/ca\/trastornos-psiquiatricos-y-psicologicos-del-adulto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>trastorns psicol\u00f2gics<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/ca\/especialitats\/75\/cancer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">c\u00e0ncer<\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/cirugia-del-pancreas\/alcohol-consecuencias-pancreas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">problemes en el p\u00e0ncrees<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0&#8230; Aquests efectes nocius pot ser que no nom\u00e9s facin mal a qui ho consumeix, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 als que es troben en el seu entorn, com passa en accidents de tr\u00e0nsit.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">El dilema ve quan ens preguntem: un\u00a0<strong>consum moderat d&#8217;alcohol<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s perjudicial?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>PER QU\u00c8 S&#8217;HA CREGUT QUE L&#8217;ALCOHOL PODIA SER BO PER A LA SALUT?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Hi ha opinions per a tot.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/noticias\/2011\/09\/110907_alcohol_diario_vejez_men\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hi ha estudis que diuen que qui consumeix alcohol de forma moderada<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(1 o 2 copes al dia)<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>t\u00e9 millor salut<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">En certa manera tenen ra\u00f3, per\u00f2 la conclusi\u00f3 pot ser un tant equivocada:\u00a0<strong>l&#8217;alcohol no \u00e9s la causa de la salut \u00f2ptima d&#8217;aquestes persones, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s un indicador d&#8217;estil de vida saludable.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Aix\u00f2 vol dir que el benefici no ha de venir de l&#8217;alcohol directament, sin\u00f3 que qui el consumeix en aquestes quantitats a m\u00e9s fa exercici, cuida la seva alimentaci\u00f3, no fuma, etc.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important tenir en compte que\u00a0<strong>aquest efecte positiu es veu anul\u00b7lat quan es beu alcohol en exc\u00e9s, fins i tot si &#8220;nom\u00e9s&#8221; href=\"http:\/\/www.ideal.es\/sociedad\/bueno-salud-beber-20170828160241-nt.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">altres estudis demostren tot el contrari: un consum moderat o baix d&#8217;alcohol &#8211; fins i tot nom\u00e9s una beguda alcoh\u00f2lica al dia- augmenta el risc de diversos tipus de c\u00e0ncer<\/a>\u00a0(laringe, faringe, es\u00f2fag, mama, fetge, c\u00f2lon, &#8230;).<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Per aix\u00f2, no s&#8217;han de promoure el consum de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">De fet, <strong>no s&#8217;han trobat dosis m\u00ednimes d&#8217;alcohol que no influeixin el risc de c\u00e0ncer.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><strong><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" ha un consum baix d&#8217;aquestes begudes, per\u00f2\u00a0<strong>tamb\u00e9 recorda que t\u00e9 un efecte perjudicial si hi ha episodis de consum elevat.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">En el seu informe\u00a0<a que amb una copa di\u00e0ria estar\u00e0 m\u00e9s sa, perqu\u00e8 no \u00e9s veritat.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Tampoc crec que calgui demonitzar el seu consum si es fa de manera espor\u00e0dica i controlada en volum.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Cadasc\u00fa \u00e9s amo de les seves decisions i ha de considerar el que \u00e9s bo per si mateix per\u00f2 ho ha de fer amb informaci\u00f3 vera\u00e7.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Podem beure alcohol puntualment si gaudim d&#8217;aix\u00f2, per\u00f2 no amb la falsa creen\u00e7a que
