dom\u00e8stiques i en les activitats recreatives.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Caminar<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s una opci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong>\u00a0molt recomanable si no tens temps o no t&#8217;agrada l&#8217;esport i pot ajudar-te a prevenir aquest tipus de malalties.<\/span><span id=\"more-22\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>ACTIVITAT F\u00cdSICA \u2260 EXERCICI<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">No hem de confondre\u00a0<strong>&#8220;activitat f\u00edsica&#8221;:<\/strong>\u00a0qualsevol moviment corporal produ\u00eft pels m\u00fasculs esquel\u00e8tics, amb el conseg\u00fcent consum d&#8217;energia;<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">amb\u00a0<strong>&#8220;exercici&#8221;:<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;subcategoria\u00a0<strong>d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong>&#8221; que \u00e9s planejada, est\u00e0 estructurada, \u00e9s repetitiva i t\u00e9 com a objectiu millorar o mantenir un o m\u00e9s components de l&#8217;estat f\u00edsic.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"notranslate\">CAMINAR, UNA BONA ALTERNATIVA A L&#8217;ESPORT<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>L&#8217;esport \u00e9s la millor opci\u00f3,<\/strong>\u00a0per\u00f2 no sembla conv\u00e8ncer a tots, ja sigui per falta de temps, per l&#8217;estr\u00e8s de la vida quotidiana&#8230; Per\u00f2 tenim una alternativa per a les persones que amb prou feines tenen temps o no els agrada l&#8217;esport:\u00a0<strong>Caminar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">En caminar posem en moviment 200 dels 650 m\u00fasculs totals del cos, \u00e9s a dir un 30%.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">D&#8217;aqu\u00ed que sigui una\u00a0<strong>activitat molt recomanable no nom\u00e9s per mantenir-se en forma, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per combatre \u00e9s imprescindible utilitzar el cotxe, ap\u00e1rcalo unes quantes pomes abans i acaba el cam\u00ed caminant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Realitza activitats d&#8217;oci o recreatives que fomentin l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic:<\/strong>\u00a0Aprofita el temps d&#8217;oci en fam\u00edlia, realitzant activitats sobretot a l&#8217;aire lliure.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">D&#8217;una banda, comparteixes temps i espai amb els m\u00e9s petits i, de l&#8217;altra, fomentes l&#8217;adher\u00e8ncia a aquest h\u00e0bit, alhora que d\u00f3nes exemple de vida activa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Si tens gos, treu-lo a passejar:<\/strong>\u00a0Treu al teu gos tres o quatre vegades al dia, sense oblidar sortir a caminar de despr\u00e9s de sopar.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">I, si hi ha temps, augmenta de forma progressiva la dist\u00e0ncia.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Aquest increment, a m\u00e9s de ser benefici\u00f3s per a tu, acontentar\u00e0 a la teva mascota.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Ajuda&#8217;t de la tecnologia:<\/strong>\u00a0Si disposes d&#8217;una polsera d&#8217;activitat o alguna aplicaci\u00f3 del tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil, pots marcar diferents fites fins a arribar als 10.000 passos.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">No cal donar-los el primer dia de prop\u00f2sit.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Es pot comen\u00e7ar per una altra mesura i anar pujant-poc a poc.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">Un cop
