A more accessible, open and efficient model<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The year 2024 marked a turning point in the evolution of the barnacl\u00ednic+ care model<\/strong>. With the renovation of the barnacl\u00ednic+ Dental Clinic<\/a> and the beginning of the restructuring of fivcl\u00ednic+<\/a> \u2014which has now moved to a new space in 2025\u2014, an intelligent externalisation strategy was implemented to improve accessibility and service visibility, while maintaining quality and clinical excellence.<\/p>\n

More activity and a better patient experience<\/h2>\n

During 2024, barnacl\u00ednic+ performed 535 surgical procedures<\/strong> and 315 assisted reproduction cycles<\/strong>. A total of 11,178 patients were treated in outpatient and ophthalmology consultations<\/strong>, and 8,819 at the Dental Clinic<\/strong>. These figures, which continue to grow in 2025, reflect the consolidation of a comprehensive and personalised model of care<\/strong>.
\nAt the same time, the Patient Care Department reinforced its humanised approach and patient support. This ongoing work in 2025 has been key to enhancing patient satisfaction and well-being.<\/p>\n

A strong commitment to international projection<\/h2>\n

2024 also marked a major step forward in attracting international patients. 14% of total turnover came from non-resident patients<\/strong>, mainly from Europe, Latin America, North Africa and the Middle East. This trend has continued during the first half of 2025, confirming barnacl\u00ednic+ as a global reference centre in high-complexity medical treatments.<\/p>\n

Commitment and reinvestment in the Cl\u00ednic<\/h2>\n

One of barnacl\u00ednic+\u2019s founding principles is its commitment to reinvesting in the Hospital Cl\u00ednic de Barcelona<\/a><\/strong>. In 2024, \u20ac114,000 were allocated to Sab\u00e0tics scholarships<\/a> for international training for physicians, and \u20ac80,000 were invested in initiatives led by the Nursing Directorate, including research intensification grants and innovation capsules.<\/p>\n

In 2024, barnacl\u00ednic+ achieved a turnover of over \u20ac18 million and a positive operating result<\/strong>, surpassing pre-pandemic levels. This performance allowed the organisation to meet all planned contributions to the Cl\u00ednic and to strengthen the financial sustainability of its current and future projects.
\nMeanwhile, initiatives focused on staff well-being, training and talent retention were implemented, particularly in the face of ongoing challenges in recruitment. These lines of work continue and expand in 2025, with a special focus on digital transformation and adapting to new work environments.<\/p>\n

Strategic communication and digital transformation<\/h2>\n

2024 also saw the launch of the barnacl\u00ednic+ TikTok profile<\/a> and the adoption of digital strategies adapted to artificial intelligence. The website surpassed 3.3 million visits and generated more than 20,000 leads. This digital momentum continues into the first half of 2025, further reinforcing barnacl\u00ednic+\u2019s brand both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n
