The Patient Care department is responsible for sending the patients information and answering any questions they may have either in person, over the phone or by e-mail. It is also responsible for scheduling appointments and diagnostic tests and preparing the estimate.

Before coming to barnaclínic+, the patient will be sent an estimate for an appointment to see the specialist. Once the diagnostic appointment has been completed, the patient administration department will draw up a final estimate with a breakdown of the tests and recommendations made by the physician.
The patient will then have all the necessary information to decide whether or not to continue with the diagnostic process and/or treatment.
If the patient has already been seen by a physician at barnaclínic+, he/she will already have the diagnosis and admissions estimate.
If the patient comes straight to barnaclínic+ for admission, the patient administrator is responsible for completing all the necessary paperwork for admission.
