The Patient Care service deals with all patient enquiries, whether in person, by telephone or E-mail. The Patient Care manager programs the medical visits and diagnostic tests.

 - Scheduling of medical visits and diagnostic tests

The Patient Care Manager can:

1. Schedule medical visits and tests according to your needs

        2. Prepare the estimated cost of your treatmen


 - Admissions

Normally, patients will have been seen by a barnaclinic+ specialist before admission, and therefore will know the diagnosis, the treatment recommended by barnaclinic+  and the estimated cost.

When patients attend barnaclinic+  directly, the Patient Manager is responsible for arranging the admission.

- Estimates

Before being attended by barnaclínic+, the patient will have the estimated cost of the specialist consultation.
After being attended by barnaclínic+, and once the diagnostic consult is carried out, the Patient Manager can make a definitive estimate of the tests and medical recommendations necessary. Therefore, the patient has all the necessary information that will enable them to go ahead with the diagnosis and/or treatment.
